Training begins January 9

*UPDATE* Starting the week of March 20, training will run until 5:00pm instead of 4:45pm. The weight training schedule is Monday through Thursday from 3:00-5:00pm. Athletes will need to arrange for transportation home. Football players should be prepared with athletic shoes, shorts, and shirt for training.

Varsity Football workouts will begin the week of January 9, from 3-4:45pm. Workouts will be Monday-Thursday, with Friday as a make-up day.
On the occasions that students are off school one day, workouts will be held the remaining 4 days of the school week. View Coach Plack’s calendar.
