Camp Week, Tuesday 8/11/2026--2026 CAMP

DETAILS:

The Quarterback Club provides meals for Camp Week for all 9th-12th grade players and coaches. To supplement what is provided and help defray the cost, we are asking for donations of the following items needed daily (unless noted). Please contact pthsqbc@gmail.com with questions.

Servers:

Servers- please arrive by 3:45 p.m. to the Middle School Cafeteria.

Food donation details:

Items should be dropped off near the main entrance at PT Middle School between 2-3:30 p.m. each day. Please write your name on the item donated.

• Snacks: Pretzels/Chips/Crackers · 25 servings - individual snack packages 
• Snacks: Protein bars · 25 +/- single-serving size (Fit Crunch/Gatorade Bars/Barebells)
• Snacks: Fruit Snacks · 50 +/- snack packages
• Snacks: Honey Stingers 25 +/- snack packages
• Desserts: Cookies & Brownies · 25 servings each
• Drinks: Water bottles and Gatorade/Powerade/Body Armor bottles (20 oz) · 18 cases - 24 per case (player favorite gatorade - frost)
• Fruits: 20 lbs. bananas (under ripe, yellow ok for Monday)
• Fruits: 5 lbs. grapes (washed and in portion sized ziplock bag)
• Fruits: 5 lbs. oranges (quartered and in individual ziplock bag)
• Fruits: 5 lbs. apples
