PT School District Requirements

All Middle School and High School Athletes must fulfill the District requirements in order to participate in the Township football programs, including completing baseline testing, Family ID registration, Section 5/6 of the 2023-2024 PIAA Physical forms, as well as turning in the District Athletic Fee and form by the deadline.
